Job Description

Finstech are a recruitment consultancy who specialise in the IT, Accounting, Insurance & Financial Services industries.  We are expanding our operation and are seeking independent Recruitment Consultants with at least 3 years industry experience to join us on this exciting journey.  We have a reputation for providing quality resources and being honest recruiters with integrity, so we are looking for consultants who share these values.  Remuneration for these roles is initially being offered as commission only (uncapped).

A successful candidate will also have a background in our main specialisms, and be experienced in developing & maintaining client relationships varying from large corporate firms to local micro businesses.  You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.  The role is home based, but you may be required to travel to client offices or other locations to meet candidates, once restrictions are removed.  You will be working as part of a team of passionate consultants who are committed to finding quality resource solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a recruitment consultant
  • Ideally knowledge of IT, Accounting, Insurance or Financial Services processes & industries
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
