I started Finstech in January 2020, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I had always been passionate about helping good people get good jobs. I had spent several year’s coaching and mentoring others whilst working as an Accountant and a Project Manager and loved being an enabler to their progression.

Secondly, I felt that my experience as a hiring manager could give me an insight that is rare in recruitment where I would be able to better understand a client’s requirements, because I had been in their position in the past! I had also been a candidate.

Combining these two things, we have been able to provide our clients with quality resources in the UK and internationally, as well as adding real value to our candidates by providing career advice, CV reviews and advertising them across our social media platforms.
